This summer, a client called and said too many people were ruining their tree guards, and asked me to look into installing loafer rails.  I passed a railing your company installed in the Lincoln Center area, took a photo of the contact information embossed on the railing and sought you out. You were awfully kind in working with a lowly small business owner (gardener at that!) and assisted me in answering all my questions regarding purchasing, installation and general loafer railing information. Just received the grille today, and wanted to drop you a note to thank you and your team.Your turnaround time was faster than promised.The grille looks great and thanks for packing it with such good protection. I could see that UPS tried to destroy it, but they didn't have a chance, lol.
